“It looks like us. It looks like us. Carly made a good impression on local builders and architects in the area, ”Cohen said. “We feel very lucky to be in this community. “
Cohen said she believes Loobek will do a decent job of operating the company’s second site.
“She’s really that good,” Cohen said. “She planned to go back and we immediately started looking for the right location for us, which we thought we had found on Sage Street.”
Since September, Loobek has been working with a local renovation company to renovate the Sage Street building in preparation for the business opening in November. She said she enjoyed watching the process unfold.
“It’s awesome,” Loobek said. “The bulk of the work on our end is receiving orders just for inventory. We’re working hard to make sure we have all the inventory here, so we can get it set up before November. The team we work with has been wonderful. We are super excited.
Loobek started working for Studio M Interiors after graduating from college. She said she enjoyed working for the company and helping people remodel their homes.
“Even before high school, I knew I wanted to do something in interior design,” Loobek said. “I have always liked architecture and houses. I’ve always been drawn to it. I think the way people live and design their spaces can really affect the way they live.
